The Clerk is in the office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Generally the office is closed over the lunch hour from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Sewer & Water payments can be mailed, dropped off at the Clerk’s office during regular hours, left in the Clerk’s drop box after hours, or dropped off at National Exchange Bank.
- Payments can be made by cash or check. If paying by cash, please have the correct change.
- Payments can be made with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Debit cards at WWW.GovPayNow.com. When paying online you will need the Brandon Sewer & Water Utilities PLC code 7404.
- Payments can also be made with credit card, debit card or eCheck, at www.ub-pay.com. The municipal code is: BrandonWI919.
- ACH is also available, please use the application form available on our website under the tab: "Permits & Service", then "Forms & Permits".
Garbage pickup is every Friday, and recycling is every other Friday. Please have everything to the curb by 7a.m. or you may be missed.
Recycling is every other Friday. Please refer to the brochure you received with your new garbage and recycling carts.
Chances are, if your garbage was not picked up, there may have been a holiday in the week. Service will be delayed one day during holiday weeks, which means garbage and/or recycling will be picked up on Saturday.
Please make sure all of your garbage/recyclables fit in the proper cart. If you have more garbage or recyclables than will fit in the cart provided you will need to call GFL at 920-685-0771 to purchase an additional cart. All garbage and recyclables must fit in the provided cart to be picked up.
